This kit offered by Modeller's Warehouse is a HO scale replica of the iconic 4000 Class locomotive that were built from 1999 through 2005 with a total of 61 built. The 4000 class locomotive was designed for the narrow gauge railways of Queensland. Originally 38 were ordered by Queensland Rail with an additional 11 ordered in 2003. In 2004 Pacific National ordered 13 of these 4000 class locomotives for use on the intermodal services on the North Coast Line.
