COLOUR ACCURACY POLICY
 

A lot of the scenery products are handmade and will vary slightly between batches produced. Modeller's Warehouse suggests you purchase enough material in the beginning to do the whole job so that colour matching will not be an issue.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
 
For clients within AUSTRALIA, either a full refund or store credit will be offered if the supplied goods are not what you ordered (incorrect description, faulty or damaged). If you require a refund you must get in contact with Modeller's Warehouse immediately upon receipt of the goods and state why you do not want the supplied goods. The purchaser will pay for surface post costs of returning the goods to Modeller's Warehouse. Once goods are received by Modeller's Warehouse in the original packaging, intact and undamaged (Unless prior approval for damaged stock is granted), then a full refund or store credit will be offered including return postage.

 
If you are based OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA, either a full refund or store credit will be offered if the supplied goods are not what you ordered (incorrect description, faulty or damaged). If you require a refund you must get in contact with Modeller's Warehouse immediately upon receipt of the goods and state why you do not want the supplied goods. The purchaser will pay for return post costs of returning the goods to Modeller's Warehouse. Once goods are received by Modeller's Warehouse in the original packaging, intact and undamaged (Unless prior approval for damaged stock is granted), then a full refund or store credit will be offered EXCLUDING return postage.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Once you receive your supplied goods and decide to change your mind you must get in contact with Modeller's Warehouse immediately upon receipt of the goods and state why you do not want the supplied goods. The purchaser will pay for return post costs to return the goods to Modeller's Warehouse. Once goods are received by Modeller's Warehouse in the original packaging, intact and undamaged, then a refund or store credit to the value of 80% of your order value less postage costs will be offered (e.g. You spend $100.00 on product plus $10.00 for shipping your refund or store credit amount will only be $80.00).

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
 
All items dispatched from Modeller's Warehouse are checked before packaging. If any goods arrive damaged, then you must get in contact with Modeller's Warehouse immediately upon receipt of the goods. All supplied goods will be sent via either Australia Post standard parcel delivery or a Modeller's Warehouse elected courier as standard. You will only be covered for damage during post if you have selected Insured Shipping. All claims for compensation to Modeller's Warehouse will be assessed on their merits.
